This salmon is from costco but any kind of frozen salmon will work fine.
Parchment paper and a lemon.
3 Lemon slices on top of each piece of salmon.
Wrap each piece of salmon and lemons in parchment paper.
Place in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
Deliciously healthy dinner is served!
